The First is an award winning, first of its kind commercial office module and corporate offices project. The entire façade creates a play of light and shadows, wherein the monotony is broken by the play of cubical forms, cuboid forms as well as apparent voids. The landscape creates a balance between the built and open, therby defining the central plaza between two blocks.
